A satin finish is produced by mechanical grinding and polishing to create a fine, uniform surface with controlled reflection.

Its appearance is softer than a mirror finish and generally finer than a standard brushed surface, giving stainless steel a clean and premium architectural look.

Depending on project requirements, satin stainless steel can be supplied in finishes comparable to No.4 / 2J brushed or dull polished surfaces or finer No.6 / 2K satin-polished surfaces.

For decorative projects, the final finish should be confirmed according to the required texture, grain direction, gloss level, or approved sample.

Natural stainless steel silver and PVD colors such as champagne gold, bronze, rose gold, gunmetal, and coffee gold are available.

304 Satin Stainless Steel

304 can be applied to nearly all interior applications and decorations. It provides an acceptable compromise between aesthetics, resistance to corrosion, formability, and economy.

316 Satin Stainless Steel

316 alloy is composed of molybdenum, making it more resistant to corrosion caused by chloride ions than 304.
