Transportation policy


We attach great importance to ensuring that items are delivered to our customers as soon as 

possible.


The total time is the sum of processing time and transportation time.

Processing time = the time between when you place an order and when we ship;

Delivery time = the time between when your order is shipped and when it is delivered to you.

Unless otherwise stated, your order will be processed within 3-6 days after placing the order.


Delivery time: 3-7 working days for small items and 7-14 working days for large items.

Freight: charged according to the actual freight

Shipment from: Guangdong local warehouse

Shipping area: China and outside China (If you need to ship outside of China, please contact us

 before placing an order)

Return & Refund Policy


Cancellation:

 

The order is only allowed to be canceled before the delivery, we will process the cancel order within 48 hours after the customer applies for it and we will refund you within 3-5 working days.

 

Return & Exchange:

 

1. Conditions of return

(1) Return period: within 2 days of receiving the product.

(2) Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:

Under what circumstances can you return or exchange the goods: the product is broken or damaged during the transportation; you receive the wrong product or missing parts.

(3) What information needs to be provided to apply for a return or exchange: order number, consignee, photo and video proof of the product and packaging.

 

2. The return process

Step 1: Please contact us in advance. We will process the application within 3-5 working days and reply you the processing result.

Step 2: Once we agree with your return or exchange application, in some situations you should send back the product to us within 5 days (we will reject all packages that without our agreement) and update us the tracking information; 

Step 3 (if exchange): Once we receive the product and check the status, we will re-ship and update the tracking number within 7-15 working days.

 

3. Shipping fee for return

(1) What are the customer's responsibilities: customers’ personal reasons like they do not like the products or no longer need the products.

(2) What are the conditions undertaken by the website: the product is broken or damaged during the transportation; we ship the wrong products or missing parts.

 

Refund

 

1. Refund limit

Applicable circumstances for full refund: customers send back the products in good condition and afford the shipping fee.

 

2. Refund process:

(1) After we receive the returned product, we will enter the refund process, the money will back to your account within 3-10 working days.

(2) What to do if the refund is not received: please contact us
