Fixed furniture includes, but is not limited to, lobby reception desks, public area benches, fixed display cabinets, bar counters, commercial shelving systems, and custom door frames. Loose metal furniture includes dining tables, chairs, coffee tables, side tables, conference tables, and planters, and the materials can be customized upon request.
Common materials include stainless steel (such as grades 304 and 316, suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor environments), carbon steel (cost-effective, often used for structural components or surfaces requiring spray treatment), aluminum alloy (lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to shape), and brass and copper (used in projects seeking luxury or unique aesthetics). We also cleverly combine metal with other materials such as glass, wood, and stone, depending on design requirements.
We adhere to strict precision manufacturing standards. Before production, we will review detailed drawings with our customers, including CAD drawings and 3D models. We utilize advanced CNC machining equipment and laser cutting technology to ensure the utmost precision in component production. During the manufacturing process, multiple quality checks and strict tolerance control ensure the final product perfectly matches the original design and allows for adequate clearance for on-site installation.
Production lead times vary depending on the complexity of the furniture, quantity, selected materials, and current order schedule. Typically, the lead time for a standard order is approximately 6 to 12 weeks from the date of final design confirmation and receipt of advance payment. For large or particularly complex projects, lead times may be longer. We provide a clear production schedule.
