We specialize in high-quality stainless steel (#304/#316), aluminum, bronze and brass. We utilize these versatile metals to create durable, beautiful decorative products for a variety of architectural applications.
Provides premium decorative and protective finishes, including advanced PVD coatings and anti-fingerprint treatments. Enhance your metal products with versatile, durable and beautiful surfaces.
Providing integrated metal solutions for complex projects. Our custom components of aluminum honeycomb composite panels can be seamlessly integrated with functional building systems, ensuring a perfect fit and aesthetic harmony for large installations.
Vibration finish, also known as non-directional satin or angel hair, imparts a unique, random, multi-directional grain pattern to the metal surface. This dynamic texture not only adds visual appeal and richness, but also provides exceptional consistency, scratch resistance, and durability, making it a top choice for contemporary architectural and commercial projects worldwide.
A Vibration Finish is created by irregular, overlapping abrasive movements that form fine random patterns across the stainless steel surface.
The outcome is a texture that is non-directional and exhibits a matte to semi-matte finish with less reflectivity. In contrast with the conventional brushed surface, the random grain pattern will spread out the reflections and minimize fingerprints.
The finish can be supplied in natural stainless steel or combined with PVD colors such as black, bronze, rose gold, champagne gold and coffee gold for customized decorative applications.
Vibration Finish Stainless Steel Sheet can be fabricated into:
The usual areas of use include hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, offices, lifts, shops and residences of recent construction.
If the area is humid, near the coast or has a higher corrosion tendency, the type 316 stainless steel can be used.

Both 304 and 316 Vibration Finish Stainless Steel Sheets provide the same random decorative texture. The main difference is corrosion resistance and suitable service environment.
| Comparison | 304 Stainless Steel | 316 Stainless Steel |
| Corrosion Resistance | Suitable for general indoor and commercial environments | Higher resistance in humid, coastal and chloride-containing environments |
| Typical Use | Hotels, malls, elevators, furniture, interior wall panels | Coastal projects, humid areas, exterior or demanding environments |
| Cost | More economical | Higher material cost |
| Fabrication | Easy to process and fabricate | Good fabrication performance |
| Recommended For | General architectural decoration | Projects requiring enhanced corrosion resistance |
304 Grade
304 Vibration Finish Stainless Steel offers a good balance of corrosion resistance, fabrication performance and cost. It is suitable for most interior architectural and commercial applications.
316 Grade
316 Vibration Finish Stainless Steel provides better corrosion resistance, particularly in environments exposed to moisture, salt or chlorides. It is preferred for coastal, humid or more demanding architectural applications.
The stainless steel grade should always be selected according to the actual installation environment.
1. Unique Non-Directional Appearance
This non-directive, complex pattern forms a unique design without directional lines usually present in brushed stainless steel surfaces.
2. Helps Conceal Fingerprints and Minor Scratches
Due to its randomness, the texture scatters light reflections thus minimizing fingerprints and scratches.
3. Soft, Low-Glare Surface
As compared with mirror-finished stainless steel, vibration finish produces a softer semi-matte finish.
4. Suitable for High-Traffic Areas
Its practical finish makes it ideal for use in elevators, hotels, restaurants, office buildings, retail interiors and other frequently visited areas.
5. Available in Multiple PVD Colors
Vibration finish can be combined with PVD finishes including black, bronze, rose gold, champagne gold and coffee gold finishes.
