Corrugated metal sheet is manufactured using a roll-forming process. Flat metal sheets are gradually formed into the desired corrugated shape by passing them through a series of rollers. This creates a continuous texture with a wavy or U-shaped cross-section, enhancing rigidity and creating a unique visual effect.
